THE A593 at Skelwith Bridge is now open, but police have advised that it is only passable with care due to snow and ice.
Three vehicles were involved in a 'weather related' collision on the road at 1.50pm today.
None of the drivers were injured but police had closed the road due to the hazardous weather conditions.
Dunmail Rise (A591), Kirkstone Pass (A592), and Corney Fell Road remain closed.
