A horrible incident, and I hope this lady is recovering from her ordeal. However, we will see more and more of this type of opportunistic crime for under this government, as the poorest people's incomes are cut to the bone and more people turn to drugs and alcohol as an escape. I don't condone this sort of crime at all, but think that the only way to stop ordinary robberies is for everyone to be guaranteed a decent basic standard of living.
