KENDAL Torchlight Carnival organisers have announced the theme for this year’s event will be Visions of Kendal’s Future.
It comes at the start of a final push in the recruitment campaign for volunteers and marshals.
After relaunching in 2013 following a year’s absence, organisers want to continue its success on September 12 but say around 130 more helpers are needed.
