The Rt Rev Julian Henderson
THE new Bishop of Blackburn, the Rt Rev.Julian Henderson and other senior clergy from the diocese have urged church schools and churches across the county to plant poppies to commemorate the outbreak of the First World War.
It is part of a national campaign to commemorate the centenary and help make the country awash with poppies later in the year.
