A PLANNING application seeking change of use of agricultural land adjacent to Station Yard, Kirkby Lonsdale, for the establishment of a touring caravan site for 33 caravans and the siting of seven camping pods, erection of amenity blocks and the installation of internal roads, parking and landscaping is to be discussed by Lancaster City Council’s Planning and Highways Regulation Committee on Monday.
