Man killed pet cat by putting vodka in its milk
A MAN pleaded guilty to killing a cat by putting vodka in its milk.
Stephen Walton, 48, of Highgate, Kendal, admitted causing unnecessary suffering to the female cat which he kept in the caravan he used to live in at Helsington when he appeared at South Lakeland Magistrates’ Court.
Walton already has a suspended sentence for other offences and will now appear at Carlisle Crown Court on July 21 for sentencing.
He was granted unconditional bail until then.
