A NEW dwelling in Natland would be 'unduly imposing and oppressive' for the people living in neighbouring bungalows, particularly when enjoying their back gardens, a planning inspector has ruled.
Mr and Mrs B Evans had appealed against South Lakeland District Council's decision to refuse plans for a new home in the garden of Spence House, at Helm Lane. The Government inspector dismissed their appeal.
