TICKETS are on sale for a casino night to be held at Beresford’s Restaurant and Pub, Bowness, to raise cash for St John's Hospice, Lancaster, on December 22. The event is being organised by Candice Bowness, an events management student at Manchester Metropolitan University. Tickets are £25 per person including a welcome drink, finger food buffet and £5 worth of fun money to start and during the night, starting at 7pm, there will also be a raffle with prizes donated from the local business community.
