ENDMOOR farmer Peter Gott is to judge the regional heats of this year's 'delicious.' magazine awards for Britain's best food producers.

Mr Gott, who rears wild boar, rare breed pigs and Herdwick sheep at Sillfield Farm, follows in the footsteps of chef Simon Rogan, of Cartmel's L'Enclume, one of last year's judges.

Low Sizergh Barn, near Kendal, won an award for its raw milk in 2016, and Hawkshead Relish Company also made the finals.
