CHRISTMAS trees have still not been taken down from some buildings in Milnthorpe village, Cllr Neil Dodds told Monday's meeting of Milnthorpe Parish Council.
He also said fallen leaves were making it dangerous to use the path between Main Street and the churchyard at the north porch, especially for elderly villagers.
Meanwhile, Cllr Barbara Adair reported that pedestrians were having trouble with overgrown hedges and an uneven footpath at Church Street. She also flagged up an 'apparently faulty' speed indicator device in the village, said to be producing 'unreliable displays'.
