HAWKES On 15th July peace-fully at Kendal Care Home DAVID JOHN aged 76 years; dearly loved husband of Sheila, loving father of Simon and the late Edward and dear step father of Kirsty. He will be greatly missed by all family and friends. After a private cremation on Wednesday 23rd July there will be a Gathering at the Sun Inn, Kirkby Lonsdale at 1.00 p.m. All friends Welcome. Donations in lieu of flowers for Alzheimer’s Associ-ation c/o Hayes and Parkinson Ltd, Captain French Lane, Kendal
