COWPERTHWAITE nee Capstick On 21st January, MARY of Station Road, Sedbergh and formerly of Slack Farm, Garsdale, passed away peacefully at Christian Head Care Home, Kirkby Stephen aged 90 years. Loving wife of the late Thomas, much loved mum of Colin, Angela and Marl, dear mum-in-law of Ann, Harry and Dave, adored nanna of Claire, Emma, Louise and Hannah, a special sister, auntie and friend to many. Night night, God bless. Funeral service took place at Sedbergh Methodist Church on Wednesday 28th January, followed by interment at Garsdale Low Smithy Chapel, donations if desired to The Great North Air Ambulance and Motor Neurone Disease Association c/o J J Martin funeral directors, Long Lane, Sedbergh tel: 015396 25334.
