THOMPSON Peacefully, following a short illness bravely borne at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle on Monday 23rd March. MARGARET of Shap aged 67 years. A very loving wife of Fred, much loved mam of Jill and Wendy and their partners Charlie and Tez. Cherished nana of Becca, Aidan and Jamie. Treasured sister of John, Anne and the late Alan and Dot. A sadly missed sister in law, aunty and a good friend to many. Funeral Service at St. Michael's Church, Shap on Tuesday 31st March at 11:00am, followed by interment at Shap Cemetery. If desired, donations in memory of Margaret may be made to Shap Surgery Equipment Fund and left at the service or sent c/o Walker's Funeral Directors, Tynefield House, Bridge Lane, Penrith CA11 8HY.
