ELLISON JOHN ROBERT (Jack) passed away peacefully on 2nd February 2016. Loving husband of the late Jen and a much loved father of the late Sylvia. Also a dear brother and grandfather. Jack was a very special friend to many. A true gentleman. Funeral took place yesterday 10th February 2016. Donations if so desired for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
