SHIELD On 28th April 2016 peacefully at St. Johns Hospice
Jeff aged 80 years of Carr Bank. Much loved husband of June, dear dad of Nick, Kim and Dawn, a special grandad and great grandad.
Funeral service will take place at Lancaster Crematorium on Tuesday 10th May 2016 at 11.45 a.m.
