SPENCE BRIAN Dear beloved husband of Gussie and friend to many people. Died peacefully at home on 1st May 2016. May he rest in peace. My thanks to all the nurses and careworkers for their help, advice and kindness to Brian and myself in his awful illness. Yours Gussie.
