METCALFE GEOFF passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 18th February at Appleby Road, Kendal aged 65 years. Loving partner of Christine, beloved son of Harold and the late Jenny, loving dad to Catherine and David and father-in-law to Tracy. Loving stepdad to Wayne and Adam & fiancée Kate. Loving brother to Malcolm and brother-in-law to Jackie. Dearly loved grandad to Lauren and Jago. Much missed by the rest of the family and a wide circle of friends. Service at St. George’s Church, Castle Street, Kendal on Thursday 2nd March at 12.00 noon followed by burial at Parkside Road Cemetery, then refreshments at Netherfield Cricket Club. Family flowers only but, if desired, donations on South Lakes Specialist Nurses P.C.F. may be sent c/o Hayes & Parkinson, Captain French Lane, Kendal LA9 4HS.
