HAZEL CHORLEY (nee Baldwin) Hazel, aged 84, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on 19th April. Beloved wife of Alf for 60 years. Much loved Mum of Andy, Joe, Boo, Claire and the late Angela and also their partners. Precious Nanny Hazel to all her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Also a loving Sister and Sister-in-Law. Funeral service to take place at St. Oswald's Church, Burneside on Monday 30th April at 2.30pm followed by a cremation at Beetham Hall Crematorium. Please wear bright colours. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Alzheimer's Research c/o Hayes & Parkinson Ltd.
