JOSEPHINE SMITH (Nee FEARON) Originally from Wigton, Cumbria, formerly of Quernmore. Peacefully passed away on Sunday 1st July 2018 after a short illness at the Safe Harbour Nursing home on the Wirral, aged 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Cyril devoted mother of Elizabeth, Lynn and Carol. Much loved mother in law of Michael, David and Stephen, dearest of "Ning Nangs" to Jamie, Beccy, Peter, Ellen, Holly, Henry and Emily. dearest grandmother to Gregory. Loving great grandma to Lily, Jack, Bethany, Zac, Mia, Madie, Louie and Demi. Her sense of humour brightened life itself, Jose will be sadly missed by all her family and friends whose lives she touched. A huge thank you to all staff at Safe Harbour Nursing Home for their tender loving care of mum and support to Jose's three girls. The funeral service will be held at St Peters Church, Quernmore, Nr Lancaster, LA2 9EL on Wednesday 11th July 2018 at 1pm followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers only please.
