SMITH SUE. Passed away on the 29th January at St John's Hospice, Lancaster, after a brave fight with cancer. Beloved wife of Malcolm, loving mum to Heather. Dearly missed daughter of Brian and the late Joan and a treasured sister to Janet, Robert and David. Sue was a joy and inspiration to all who knew her. A celebration of her life will take place at St Thomas Church, Stricklandgate, Kendal on Friday 10th February 2012 at 3 pm. No flowers please. Donations to Macmillan Cancer Support or Christian Aid. At a future date to be announced, there will be a meeting for worship, in memorial of Sue’s life, at the Quaker Meeting House, Kendal.
