HALL Jim Hall and family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy, letters and cards of condolence received following the sad loss of Kathleen. Special thanks to the doctors and staff of St John’s Hospice, Lancaster and the District nurses and carers who attended Kathleen during her last days. To Rev Ashley Henderson and the organist for the wonderful service at the Kendal Parish Church and Lancaster and Morecambe Crematorium. Also we are grateful to all at Hayes & Parkinson for their extemporary funeral arrangements during this difficult time for the family, and to Crooklands for the reception and Greenbanks for the flowers. Our grateful thanks to all those who attended the funeral and for the donations received in memory of Kathleen.
