MALTBY David & family would like to thank everyone for their kindness, sympathy and letters & cards of condolence received following the tragic loss of Carole. Special thanks to the Doctors and staff at the Preston Royal Infirmary, to all the Emergency Services especially Tom Davies and the Great North Air Ambulance for their tremendous support. Thanks also to Canon Nigel Davies for the lovely service, to Hayes & Parkinson for all their help and guidance and Dr. Ostick for her never ending care and continuing support.
