LAMB, DAVID Joy, Andrew, Stacy and Christopher would like to thank family and friends for their overwhelming support, cards, messages of condolence, flowers and donations amounting to £1,100 to David's chosen charities. He would be so proud. Special thanks to paramedics Andy Blake, Paul Carlisle, Jeff Rafey and off duty nurse Jayne Johnson for all of their assistance. Finally we would like to thank Ashley Henderson for the remarkable serv-ices and J W Johnson & Son for their professional funeral arrangements and everything was done with dignity.
