JENNINGS Jim and family wish to sincerely thank all friends, relations and neighbours for the cards and messages of condolence received following the sad loss of Shirley and for the donations made in her memory to CancerCare South Lakes. Many thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses who treated Shirley over the last few years, especially I.C.U. at Lancaster. Thanks to Revd. Chris Taylor for the lovely service; Alistair, Andrew, Bradley and Craig for being Bearers, Stephen for reading the Eulogy and Finn for the reading in Church. Our appreciation goes to Hayes & Parkinson for the funeral arrangements and Alison Thompson Caterers for the lovely tea.
