PRINCE The family of Jack would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the cards received and for their support after the loss of Jack. A special thanks goes to the staff at St Gregory’s care home. For their parts in the funeral arrangements, David, Derek, Diane, Sharron and David and his team at Co – Op Funeralcare, a big thank you. Our final thanks, goes to everyone who attended the funeral, shared happy memories and gave Jack a great send off. Over £500 for Dementia UK was generously donated.
