DR ANDREW L A GILL Heather, Jane and Family would like to thank everyone for all their kindness, help and support over the last few weeks and also to those who sent many cards, flowers and words of sympathy. To those who came to the services and those who were unable to be there and for the very kind donations to Andrew's Charities, Marie Curie and The Wainwright centre, our grateful thanks. Thank you to the RLI and the WGH for their care and concern over Andrew in the last six weeks of his life. Our thanks go to Fishwicks for their kindness and expertise in organising the funeral arrangements. To the Reverend Angela Whittaker for her quiet calm and help in organising and taking the Services, a very special thanks. To Andrew, a lovely quiet gentle Gentleman, our love.
