HODGSON MICHAEL Helen, Mark, Keith and families would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for cards, flowers, messages and donations in memory of Michael. Also thank you to all the people that gave their time to visit Michael. Special thanks to St Mary's Hospice for their care and kindness, all his carers, district nurses and Haverthwaite Surgery. Thank you to the Reverend Brian Streeter for the lovely service and special thanks to Anthony Clarke for all funeral arrangements and Liz Clarke for the refreshments.
