MICHAEL PROCTER The family of the late Mike thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards, kind thoughts and donations on our sad loss. We would especially like to thank the carers from Premier Care who helped Mike stay in his own home. Thanks also to Alison Thompson for the funeral refreshments, Sophie Brooksbank for the beautiful flowers, Rev Nigel Davies for his lovely service and Fishwick's Funeral Services for their dignified & caring attention to detail when arranging the funeral.
