SALLY PATRICIA GRINDEY Jackie, Shelley, Sarah and family would like to thank everyone for the kind words, cards, flowers & donations received after the sad loss of Sally. A special thanks to The Rev'd Michael Woodcock for a brilliant service and tribute to Sally! A massive thank you to all at Windermere district nurses and Dr S Gibson at Captain French Surgery, Kendal for all your help in looking after Sally so well! And finally thanks to the ever so good Anthony Clarke for his support and help and to Andrew, Brian & Matthew for helping us so well at the beginning! You all did her so proud!
