PILKINGTON Lilwen, Janette, Roger and family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support during Jack’s illness, for their letters, cards, expressions of sympathy and their generous donations to North West Air Ambulance. They would also like to thank the staff at Windermere Health Centre, and the staff on Langdale North who cared for Jack with such kindness. A special thanks to the Rev David Wilmot for the wonderful service and to the staff of The Burnside Hotel. Thanks to Jack’s workmates from Gilkes for attending the service and Edmondson Longmire for the funeral arrangements.
