Three seminars highlighting key issues facing businesses and employers with changes and new developments in employment legislation were a sell-out.
They were staged by Baines Wilson LLP, a commercial law firm based in Carlisle and Lancaster, at the Swan Hotel, Newby Bridge, Carlisle Racecourse and Lancaster House Hotel, Lancaster.
Nearly 100 delegates attended and were given practical advice covering long-term, ill-health dismissals, new developments over sickness absence and holidays, an update on the Equality Act 2010 as well as a general case law and legislation update.
