FESTIVE shoppers are being offered free parking across South Lakeland in the run up to Christmas.
South Lakeland District Council will not charge drivers at any of its pay-and-display car parks on the four Sundays in December.
The incentive, which starts on December 2, will also apply to the pay-on-exit system used at the Westmorland Shopping Centre in Kendal.
