KENDAL online letting agents, Mint Homes, have been shortlisted for two national awards for excellence.
They have been nominated for the Negotiator Awards, which celebrate excellence in the property industry, and the Landlord & Lettings Awards for ‘Letting Agent of the Year’.
Mint Homes are the only letting agents in Cumbria to have been shortlisted for both awards.
Helen Westwell, who launched Mint Homes in 2008, said: “It is the first time we have been nominated for an award, and to be shortlisted for two in one week is really exciting.
"We are a small team at Mint Homes and it is a great achievement to reach this stage.
"Our business is growing and we can’t wait to attend the award ceremonies in November to see if we can bring the trophies home to Kendal!”
The awards will be announced on November 4.
