KENDAL and Windermere solicitors Thomson Hayton Winkley are one of just five law firms in Cumbria, and the only county firm with a head office outside Carlisle, to be included in the most recent edition of the prestigious Legal 500 guide to law firms in the UK.
Director John Cooke has been recommended by the Legal 500 for his expertise in commercial property work, including landlord and tenant cases.
John deals with a variety of property related work, including for agricultural, commercial and residential clients, with particular experience in more complicated and rural transactions.
"To be honest, this is more of a recognition of the skill and experience of all the commercial lawyers in the firm, and not just one person," he said. "We all work hard to look after our clients and it is good to know that they appreciate the work we do on their behalf."
