LAKE District law firm Temple Heelis have become a limited company.
The move also sees ownership of the firm expanding as partners John Osborne, Robert Kornas and Peter Dodd join Richard Moore, Jamie Hamilton and John Sim as shareholders.
The firm has also become registered as an “ABS” (Alternative Business Structure), enabling non-lawyers to become owners of the firm and share profits.
