Joanne Hunter, Co-Owner of Grasmere Gingerbread, said: "We’re so excited to have partnered with Lakeland to retail from their Windermere Flagship Store.

"The coming together of our iconic brands will be a real treat for customers visiting the store and we’re really looking forward to our first days trading."

Robin Moffat, Windermere Store Manager, added: "We’re lovers of Grasmere Gingerbread here at Lakeland, and we know that our customers will love it too.

"We enjoy being able to promote locally produced food, and welcoming Joanne and the team into store is a great way to do just that."

The Lakeland Flagship store is currently undergoing an extensive refit, but will continue to welcome customers throughout the process, with the new-look store being officially unveiled later in the year.
