The craft beer movement that is sweeping the country is on its way to Ulverston
PLANS for a high-end craft beer shop and tasting rooms are brewing in Ulverston.
Applicant Robert Rollings, of Barrow-in-Furness, hopes to showcase local micro brewers and highly-regarded global craft beer makers at the premises at 7 Market Street.

Expert presentations and tasting sessions would be held to explain the stories behind the small, independent artisan breweries, according to plans.
Two-full time and three part-time jobs would be created at the vacant town-centre building, which used to house a property letting agent with cafe above.
Plans have been lodged with South Lakeland District Council.
