A MAIL order linen business will be the next to take advantage of Kendal's pop-up shop.
The Linen Press, based in Kirkby Stephen, sells a variety of linen products - from bed sheets to shirts and cushions.
Christine Thornborrow, director of the business, said that the convenient location of the shop made it all 'very doable'.
"It's a very small shop but with a little bit of publicity it will hopefully be successful," Christine said. "It's an opportunity to try something new."
Born out of Christine's own love of vintage linens, The Linen Press was set up in 2000.
"I was a teacher before this and a sales director in London," Christine said. "I had a hobby which was collecting vintage linens - quilts and thing.
"I like the idea that it's timeless - the quality is fantastic. I just think there's something really special about them."
Visitors to 28C Finkle Street will be able to buy leather belts, linen tunics and cushions, amongst other things.
The business will be in the shop from September 18 until September 24. It will be open each day from 9.30am-5.30pm and 11am-4pm on Sunday.
