Helen Lloyd has joined as a trainee solicitor after working as a paralegal for some years at another firm. “I am delighted to be undertaking my training contract with Progression and chose them because of their high standards and commitment to legal training,” she said.

Leonie Bentley has relocated to south Cumbria from London, where she has many years' legal experience in property. She will be joining the property team in Windermere in a support role.

Managing Director Anthony Smith said: “Recruitment within the county is recognised as a challenge for businesses. As a firm we work hard to attract the best talent from across the country.

"We are lucky to have a wide and varied caseload, including a great deal of high-profile work and I believe it is this that allows us to continually attract strong talent to the team.”
