PR business comes to the Lakes
A PAIR of public relations experts are setting up an office for Cumbrian clients.
Jo Spencer and Polly Winder are expanding Manchester-based GAP PR and Marketing with a branch in Grasmere.
Mrs Winder has worked in television and radio stations across the North West, in addition to two years at the GAP office in Manchester, before working as operations director at Grasmere’s Wordsworth Hotel and Spa.
Mrs Spencer has worked in the marketing, media and communications industry for more than 15 years, managing London and Sydney events before relocating to the Lakes in 2006 to work as a freelance PR and marketing writer.
Mrs Spencer said: “We are thrilled to be able to combine our skills and experience and hope to enable Cumbrian companies to realise marketing and communications as a very essential part of their business.”
