BBC correspondent Sir Charles Wheeler has died aged 85

Sir Charles Wheeler, one of the BBC's longest-serving and most popular foreign correspondents, has died, the corporation announced. He was 85.

I think the packaging that we don't use is a huge problem. I used to work in a shop dealing with stock and the stuff you don't see when you shop is scary. Sometimes bottle of face cream are in a box, then 6 of them are wrapped in plastic and in a cardboard box. Those cardboard boxes are often in larger boxes and then on a pallet wrapped in more plastic!  − Snuggles

Not being familiar with the new layout in Windermere I can't comment, other than to say that you ARE permitted to drive over the white circle in a mini-roundabout. That's why it's a white circle and not a post, bollard or traffic island. That's the whole idea - it's an indicator to show how the traffic should move - in a clockwise direction around it, but if a vehicle is too big to drive around it, it's allowed to drive over it.  − Kendal Smithy
