ONE of the most popular concertos of all time is the centrepiece of the Halle visit to Kendal on February 27.
Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A Minor will be performed by the technically brilliant soloist Hong Xu as part of the eminent orchestra’s programme at lakes leisure Kendal’s Westmorland Hall, conducted by Ewa Strusinska.
Weber’s Oberon overture and Brahms’ Symphony No 2 also feature in what promises to be another outstanding Lakeland Sinfonia Concert Society event.
