By Adrian Mullen, Arts correspondent
FOLLOWING their successful one-day A Poetics of Flight art installation at Kendal Town Hall - which celebrated the relationship between man and flight, and featured artefacts from Solway Aviation Museum along with film from Silverband Falconry - Rosemary Smith and Trevor Avery remain in the frame with their Waterbird exhibition at Kendal Library. Running until December 18, the exhibition tells the story of EW Wakefield’s Waterbird seaplane in words and pictures and is the result of ongoing archive research by Trevor and Rosemary, with the support of the Heritage Lottery Fund.
