A GROUP of artists who share a passion for allotments, food production, nature and the environment is staging an exhibition in the Sugar Store Gallery at Kendal's Brewery Arts Centre. Based in the Bolton and Bury area, the artists and writers of The Slug Society use prints, paintings, textiles, photographs, sculpture and text to explore the social, political, community and environmental themes around allotments. The society's Re:Allotted exhibition runs until September 2.
