Cooking for 10 people is a difficult task and one that requires a bit of planning. I would go to the supermarket and buy a couple of types of ready cooked rice and some good quality cooking sauces. Make a plan of what you need to cook and when, what you can reheat in a microwave and others tasks that can save you time. Look at doing dishes such as beef in oyster sauce, make a vegetable stir fry, but do some chicken goujons coated with sesame seeds to serve on the side. Make a salmon and prawn curry, flavoured with plenty of chillies and coriander. My local greengrocer has started selling some brilliant wontons and Sui mai's, so look for a product like these, you can layer them up in a steamer and cook for about 15 minutes. Get plenty of prawn crackers and reheat your rices. Serve with some sake and yuzu cocktails.
