SEAFOOD is a wonderful thing and we really should eat more of it. As long as it is responsible sourced and stored correctly then it makes a fantastic special dish. Me personally, I’d push the boat out (that’s a little joke by the way) and buy some lobsters, some large shell on prawns, some oysters, some cockles. Treat each ingredient with respect, store it correctly and cook it well. Look out for some large cooked crab claws as well and maybe some mussels. Serve all your seafood chilled with some lemon wedges, some garlic mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, plenty of warm crusty bread and some chopped green salad. Let people eat it with their fingers, provide plenty of finger bowls, wipes and towels. Don’t forget your Prosecco and have fantastic time.
