ULVERSTON indie quartet The Twitchers have released their second EP – before finishing sixth form.

‘What Happened to the Twitchers’ was recorded in Chorley by Ulverston Victoria students Rob Morris (rhythm guitar and vocals), Tom Spencer (bass guitar and backing vocals), Matthew Tucker (lead guitar) and Aaron Cottis (drums).

The band formed in 2012 and describe themselves as indie/alternative, citing Oasis and Arctic Monkeys as their greatest influences.

The EP features four self-penned songs – with Rob responsible for the lyrics and the rest of the band chipping in on the music.

It is available to download on iTunes and Amazon, Google Play and to stream on Spotify.

The Twitchers can be seen gigging regularly around Barrow – but catch them now as the boys are heading their separate ways to university next year, although Rob said they may reunite during the holidays.
