SIX-STRING ace Stuart Macfarlane teams up with musical chums Martin Cash and Daniel Taylor for next Saturday's (April 9) big Bryceadelic fundraiser for Cumbria Flood Recovery.
Stuart will be cranking up his Richie Kotzen signature Telecaster guitar (not his vintage Summer of Love Stratocaster, pictured) with Martin on bass and Daniel on vocals and guitar, rocking their way through tracks by Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, The Sterophonics, Snow Patrol, The Zutons and more.
The highly anticipated gig at Burneside's Bryce opens with popular ukulele band the Bryce Street Strummers, followed by Tightrope, formed from members of the South Lakes Guitar Club. The Noise Club and talented singer-songwriter Hayden Sorrenson are also on the bill with Fred and the Steam Machine finishing off the fantastic fundraiser is fine style.
Stuart - son of Kendal's own 'king of swing' Duncan Macfarlane - is one of the region's best known guitarists having played with the legendary likes of Freeway, the Fabulous Picasso Brothers and Storm.
Doors will open at 6pm.
