KENDAL Midday Concert Club's new season has got off to a tremendous start with the Fujita Piano Trio, clarinettist Robert Plane and the award-winning Sacconi Quartet, plus Marian Consort, so far gracing the club's series of alternate Wednesday lunchtime concerts at Kendal Town Hall. Highly regarded pianist Mark Bebbington is the next to appear for KMCC on November 16 (1pm); his performances and recordings have singled him out as a British pianist of the rarest refinement and maturity.
