Gig preview: Jonatha Brooke in Kendal

AMERICAN singer Jonatha Brooke will play at Kendal’s Brewery Arts Centre on February 17.
Last year, the songwriter was commissioned by Hollywood director Joss Weldon to write the theme song for his new TV series Dollhouse.
She later embarked on a project to create music for previously unpublished Woody Guthrie lyrics.
Brooke will preview new material and perform songs from her latest album The Works on her return to Kendal.
Tickets are £14.
